  • 7TB shared home filesystem

    Standard SCS Cluster software stack consisting of:
  • Centos 4.x operating system
  • Perceus Cluster Toolkit
  • OpenMPI Message Passing Implementation
  • Intel C/C++ and Fortran compilers
  • Torque resource management
  • Moab scheduler

  • SCS systems management of cluster hardware and software
  • Regular backup of user files
